REUNITING THE FAMILY MEMBERS:

If you are a family member of a British National/permanent resident or of an EEA-National you may be able to apply for a Visa to live in the UK. SPOUSE / CIVIL PARTNERSHIP:
If you have a partner in the UK this visa is for people married to, or in a civil partnership with, a UK citizen or permanent resident.
FIANCE / PROSPECTIVE CIVIL PARTNER VISA:
Want to marry your UK fiance? This visa is for people intending to marry a UK citizen or permanent resident or registering a Civil Partnership in the UK.
UNMARRIED PARTNER VISA:
Have an unmarried partner in the UK? This visa is for people in a committed relationship with a UK citizen or permanent resident.
EEA CITIZEN FAMILY VISA:
Have an EEA citizen family member in the UK? This visa is for people who have a family member who is a European Economic Area citizen living in the UK.
CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL:
Accession 8 national in the UK? You may be covered by this scheme if you plan to work in the UK for more than one month.
